We teach our clients boxing techniques that can double as self-defense methods. Our clients will be working with our award-winning trainer, Jeffery Young. Some of Coach Jeffrey’s awards include National Master Runner Up Champion (2014), 2016 Azalea Festival Boxing Tournament Champion, and 2016 Hartlett Pal Tournament Champion.
