Barbara Thomas has owned Artifact Soapworks, LLC since 2002. Her whimsical vegan-based soaps depict "artifact' shapes such as the Venus of Wildendorf and gargoyles. Her artisanal soaps have been featured in numerous galleries nationally. She holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from MIT.
