DirectEmployers Institute (DEI) is a nonprofit organization that enables middle and high school students to explore STEM careers with Indiana employers. With a focus on serving Indiana students who are underserved and underexposed due to underrepresentation or disabilities, the institute's mission is to inspire and prepare the next generation to meet the needs of a more diverse global workforce. This mission involves bringing a simulated workplace environment directly to students in state-of-the-art, project-based STEM Learning Labs and through local workplace learning programs.
We teach self-defense; offering private lessons, clinics and seminars. Venn Kempo Jujitsu Methods offers many unique situational scenarios, the system is constantly evolving and adapting. The system is termed the ”Art of Choice – Adapt and Flow” because with the knowledge of Venn Kempo Jujitsu one has the general ability to control his or her environment and actions through controlled compliance, and engaging and disengaging situations as they are expressed. WE DO NOT teach the sport of mixed martial arts. Venn Kempo Jujitsu IS NOT A SPORT!
