Octavious Scott, our owner and lead inspector, has nearly 10 years of experience in the inspection industry. He inspected government facilities for 8 years while in the military, and has brought that experience over to home inspections. In addition, he is a member of InterNACHI and trained through the Contractor's State Licensing School.

I started Buy with Beanz in 2017, with the vision to buy and sell properties. I developed a strong understanding of the market of comparing properties and turning it into a profit. Through grace and mercy of God, the vision has expanded to a full service Real Estate Firm. My passion is for my clients, and meeting their goals and expectations.
