My name is Gemi and I am the owner of Rare Talemts Contracting, LLC. Rare Talents started as a family dream. A dream in which all of the skills we had amassed over the years could be brought together, taught to others, and used to assist the people in our community. We believe that everyone has a rare talent, and by repairing your home, remodeling it to your satisfaction, and landscaping your yard for your peace of mind, we will be given the priveledge of sharing it with you.

The Burton family, minority owners of Burton Protective Coatings, llc, and Allied Protective Coatings, llc, has a primary goal to exponentially decrease the number of deaths, injuries and property damage caused by fires, black mold, termites, and corrosion in the United States. We endeavor to inform, instruct and ensure against these hazards by introducing the public and affected business entities to our Resist-a-Flame™ products.

Outland Home Improvement, LLC is a general contracting business dedicated to the remodel, repair, and renovating of homes and commercial spaces. As a licensed and insured contractor, we are determined to provide our clients with high quality work as well as reliability.

Avon Home Improvement, Inc (AHI) is a Cincinnati construction company that has a wealth of knowledge and experience. Since 1988, AHI has created many beautiful living spaces inside and out throughout the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area. Everyone on the AHI team has a passion for what they do. Some of their services include carpentry, painting, masonry, decks, porches, electrical, plumbing, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, structural repairs, waterproofing, additions and the designing of these elements.
