Stretch 22, a new lane in health and wellness, was established in 2018 by Seattle chiropractor, Dr. Kris Sasaki, and former Olympic athlete, Ja'Warren Hooker. Dr. Kris and Ja'Warren are on a mission to help people feel better, move better and BE better through assisted stretching!
We offer one-on-one hands on assisted stretching sessions utilizing PNF techniques and our signature Vibracussor technology to get you moving & feeling better! We also have a virtual platform that offers group classes and private sessions!
