Hello Nail Dolls, Appointments are to be scheduled 24 hours in advance as well as cancellations. All appointments require a $25 non-refundable deposit. The deposit is added to the final bill of service. Deposits are non-refundable on no-shows and arriving late to appointments. Every appointment is given a 15 minute grace period for arrival. If you are late, you will have to reschedule (additional deposit) or you will be seen as a walk-in. Example if your appt is @2PM you have until 2:15 to make your appt .
