Professional Trainers Advancing Humanity Initiative Inc. (P.T.A.H.) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that is committed to providing physical wellness and mental health education to youth and young adults ages 12-24 through our unique programs.
Programs offered:
-Self Defense and Violence Prevention Mobile Boxing
-Liberation Achievement With Strategy (L.A.W.S.)
-Creative Writing and Visual Arts
-Music
-Double Dutch
-Demand the Brand Within/ Self Awareness and Recreation
Our programs mentor school age participants and assists with the development of communication and social skills, physical fitness, self- esteem and confidence. We provide a positive atmosphere for individuals to release their frustrations, stress and negative energy.
