We specialize in Sport stretch, myofascial release, joint mobilization and more. Estina, the founder and Lead Therapist, has been in the field of Health & Wellness since 2012. She has collaborated with fitness centers/gyms, physical therapists, chiropractors and acupuncturists through her career. We offer the following services: Swedish/Relaxation, Sports (stretching and mobilization), Deep Tissue and Chair Massage, which is mainly offered for event and/or office wellness.
