We started Sheaux’Nöf out of love and need. After losing 3/4’s of my hair in High School caused by Alopecia Areata (hereditary, not from perms or other chemicals), I started researching hair care alternatives, which led me to learning more about healthy skincare, in general. My Grandmother’s passing from a fast-moving cancer, motivated me to continue researching a healthier lifestyle and the products to match. Fast-forward two decades, and now I’m a wife and mother with a family who has sensitive skin.

After years of reading about holistic homemade concoctions and remedies, along with buying several brands that weren’t exactly what we wanted or needed, I started mixing shea butter with various oils and essential oils for us to use. Then the magic happened. Not only did my husband and daughters love them; there skin issues began to clear up. No more chronic cradle cap or eczema for the baby. No more dry, cracked hands, cuticles, and heels for the husband. No more mild eczema for my oldest daughter. And I finally had the body and hair moisturizer I always wanted. Now our daughters are convinced Sheaux’Nöf Naturals is the cure-all for everything.

I gave a batch as gifts to family and friends. The business was born.
