CirroHost is based in Philadelphia’s Tacony neighborhood and we bring that special, Philly flavor to everything we do. It was founded in 2016 by the team at Advertise It, a local digital marketing agency, after finding that many small businesses (especially startups) lacked the tools needed to survive in the digital arena.

We are focused on being an asset to the success of all thriving businesses. Our main efforts are to work with small black owned businesses. Full Assurance Business Solutions will be a foundational pillar for networking black owned businesses and consumers nationwide. Our products include computer repair, PC maintenance, retention marketing, websites and technical support. We welcome new ways to serve our clients through updating processes and procedures as well as implementing new technology to be more efficient.

Our Mission Statement and Backstory
Created in 2007, the concept was to create a style that is only imaged. This new style was graffiti inspired and urban designed. It was formed by three main colors. Red being the passion, White to being what is highlighted and Black which added mystery. Thus a new style of art was formed. While the creator was a Court Jester and this was his world, it was the perfect cover for the master plan to unfold.
